She holds a bachelor’s degree in management and is currently pursuing a master’s in integrative wellness, along with a vocational nursing license. In her role, she oversees daily operations, manages client relations, and provides peptide coaching.

Linsey Frey has a background in corrective exercise and a Pilates certification from STOTT. Graduating with a degree in kinesiology laid the foundation in her understanding the intricate mechanics of the human body and how proper movement can unlock its full potential. She recently obtained a board certification in functional nutrition to deepen her understanding of the vital connection between food and wellness. Specializing in strength training for senior citizens and injury rehabilitation, David focuses on training human movement, balance, and strength, emphasizing stress recovery and adaptation. His patient-centered approach ensures personalized, effective training programs tailored to individual needs.
