Christopher Nguyen, MD, MBA

Christopher Nguyen, MD, MBA, is a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine with more than 20 years of experience caring for adults throughout Orange County. He brings to Personal Concierge Physicians a depth of clinical experience, a passion for preventive medicine and healthy aging, and a deeply personal approach to patient care.

Dr. Nguyen believes exceptional medicine begins with knowing the person behind the patient. He values the time to listen, understand what matters most to each individual, and develop a thoughtful approach to care that supports both immediate health needs and long-term wellness. His clinical interests include preventive medicine, healthy aging, longevity, chronic disease management, and helping patients preserve their health, function, and independence throughout every stage of adulthood.

Throughout his career, Dr. Nguyen has cared for patients across a broad continuum of healthcare, including outpatient primary care, skilled nursing, and hospice medicine. This diverse experience has given him a unique perspective on the changing healthcare needs of adults as they age and the importance of being proactive long before a health concern becomes a crisis. In addition to his work with Personal Concierge Physicians, Dr. Nguyen serves as Medical Director of a local hospice organization, where he provides compassionate guidance and care to patients and their families.

His philosophy of medicine aligns naturally with the concierge model: care should be personal, accessible, proactive, and built upon a strong relationship between physician and patient. Dr. Nguyen enjoys partnering with his patients to understand not only where their health is today, but where they would like it to be in the years ahead.

A longtime Orange County resident, Dr. Nguyen grew up as the youngest of eleven children in a close-knit Catholic family. Family, faith, and service continue to be important parts of his life. Outside of medicine, he enjoys traveling, discovering new cuisines, and spending time with his wife, their four children, and extended family. His Christian faith continues to shape his commitment to treating others with kindness, compassion, respect, and integrity.
